National Leaders of Education (NLE)
National leaders of education ( NLEs ) are strong school leaders, who have experience of effectively supporting schools in challenging circumstances. NLEs work alongside teaching schools and other system leaders to provide high quality support to those who need it most.
Lorraine Collen is our Trust NLE starting from September 2019.

National Leaders of Governance (NLG)
National Leaders of Governance concentrate on developing school governance capacity and expertise.
Our NLG, Cathy Piotrowski, is supporting Governors throughout Bedford Borough and the Diocese of Northampton.
Local Leaders of Education (LLE)
Our Local Leader of Education, Frances Topa is providing S2S support to schools across the region such as supporting new Head Teachers, supporting with CPD, policies and assessment.
Senior Leaders of Education (SLE)
The role of SLEs was introduced in 2011 and the aims of all SLEs are to improve the outcomes for all children irrespective of the schools they attend.
SLEs are outstanding middle and senior leaders who have the skills to support individuals and/or teams in other schools. SLE support schools with CPD, developing leadership capacity, classroom expertise and specialist knowledge. SLEs work with individuals as well as with teams.
Inspirit has trained and deployed SLEs in Bedford Borough, across the Diocese of Northampton and beyond. Our Teaching School is responsible for the deployment of SLEs and should you wish to find out more about how we can support your school, please contact us here or email: email@example.com
